What have you been doing to action the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at work, at school, or at home? Please specify which SDGs these actions connect to? 

I have recently started a social media account with an aim to encourage people to feel grateful for little things happen in their lives. This is just a very small step towards promoting the importance of one’s mental wellbeing. My vision when this idea popped up is to spread out the words that it’s ok not to be ok, and it’s important to embrace your bad feelings and realise small things daily could make you feel better.
