Jane Ward

Jane is the founder and CEO of Tomorrow’s People, New Zealand's first consultancy specialising in HR technology. Her career in HR, combined with a keen interest in technology, naturally led her to establish a company to combine her two passions of human resources and digital innovation. 

Jane brings a wealth of experience, having spearheaded over 50 HR technology projects that focus on integrating human experiences with digital workplace transformations. She regularly shares her insights at industry events, emphasising practical strategies for aligning technology with evolving business needs. 

She is a strong advocate for modernising the workplace through flexible work practices. She believes that adapting work arrangements to fit the diverse needs of today's workforce is crucial for fostering productivity and employee satisfaction.
