His superpower lies in bringing people together to create high-trust environments where meaningful change can flourish. A unique mix of gravity and levity, Digby brings wisdom and challenging questions alongside infectious energy to all his sessions. 

He's the author of two books, "Change Makers" and "Out There," and hosts the "Dig Deeper" podcast. 

Originally from Western Australia, Digby now calls Wellington home, where he runs his leadership practice serving clients across Australasia.
