Bridget is a business owner and Psychologist who blends and applies her skills from the fields of psychology and business to assist organisations, leaders’ teams and individuals to achieve their goals. With a warm, energetic and determined approach to her work, Bridget engages people through experiential learning allowing for those light bulb moments to occur and clarity to be gained.
Bridget has worked in various settings internationally including, organisational, mining, utilities, government, construction and private practice. She is experienced in working across various levels within a business in the areas of risk, resilience, wellbeing, psychosocial safety, mental health, leadership and business coaching.
With a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Bridget draws from various philosophical underpinnings to produce successful outcomes for individual’s teams and organisations. In addition to her qualifications, she is a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society, is registered with the New Zealand Board of Psychologists (General Scope) and is committee member of the New Zealand Coaching Psychology Special Interest Group. She is experienced in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Training, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Coaching, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Meditation.
