Renee Jaine | Founder and Director of Thrive Lab

Renee Jaine is the Founder and Director of Thrive Lab, a boutique consultancy dedicated to helping people thrive at work and beyond.

She is an internationally qualified Behavioural Scientist, with an MSc (Distinction) from the London School of Economics, and a former management consultant with PwC.

Renee has previously collaborated with the influential Business Leader’s Health and Safety Forum, developing a practical guide to help Forum members to better protect the mental wellbeing of their people. She stress-tested the guidance with teams from AsureQuality, Frucor Suntory and Lifeline, achieving results like an 18-point jump in engagement at AsureQuality.
