As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our leadership team. This pivotal role will help drive company success by fostering a high-performance culture, developing people strategies and HR initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, implementing strategic people management systems, and leading the HR function to support our business growth.

About the role
As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR function, with a focus on cultivating an environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This is a true generalist role that will see you implementing key people strategies, including talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and organisational development. You will also have a key role in leading change management initiatives as we continue to grow and embrace new technologies.
You will report directly to the CEO, collaborating with senior leaders to build a workplace that drives employee engagement, development, and overall success.

A key component of the role is overseeing the implementation and embedding of the newly developed High Performance Pathways into the business. This is an exciting opportunity to reshape the way the business manages learning, development, and performance.

About you
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a professional services or engineering consultancy.
- Strategic thinking and translating business objectives into effective HR initiatives and implementing HR strategies that align.
- Demonstrated success in talent management, employee development, and organisation development.
- Knowledge of employment law, disciplinary and performance management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior leadership.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Passion for fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring employee success is evident in everything you do.
