Part-time Recruiter/Candidate Manager (WFH)

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for work you can do from home?  You'll support SMEs from application to shortlist, processing and assessing applications.  As a contractor you'll be offered work as and when it is available, anywhere from 10-40 hours a month. Enjoy variety across industries and roles, you could be recruiting for trades, customer services, accounts, warehousing, truck drivers, supply chain, sales and anything in-between.   
 
You'll assess candidates CVs online, phone screen and provide summaries of the recommended candidates, and reference checks.   You’ll build relationships with candidates, understand their motivation and ensure they match the company culture.  You’ll ideally have been an in-house recruiter and understand best practice recruitment methods, but also have the pace and urgency of an agency recruiter.
 
You'll contract to Talent Seed who provide affordable 'virtual recruiter' services, to small and medium businesses, having done so since 2010.  This is not an agency model, we do recruitment as and when needed, under our clients’ brands.  Acting as their outsourced recruitment team we focus on finding the right values fit for the business, and take pride in providing expertise and services, that are normally outside of their reach financially.  See our job board to get a feel for the roles and approach jobs.talentseed.co.nz
