Working closely with our GM Geothermal and wider leadership team, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance, training and beyond.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and exit processes.
  • Supporting managers with practical HR advice and coaching.
  • Coordinating performance reviews and training, and development planning.
  • Contributing to HR policy updates and ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Managing our HRIS and ensuring accurate employee records and reporting.
  • Driving initiatives that reflect our values, including diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives that ensure an equitable and respectful workplace for all team members.

What we’re looking for

  • At least three years’ experience in an HR generalist, advisory or coordination role.
  • The dynamism and confidence to take on all aspects of HR, building team culture and working across every level of the organisation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to tackle any challenges with professionalism and integrity, and the commitment to achieve the right outcome.
  • A solid understanding of New Zealand employment law.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
