Reporting to our new Senior People & Culture Partner you'll be part of a dynamic team driving exciting transformational change in a business that's a market leader in the industry. This is not your everyday P&C role. You'll be a trusted partner to our site leaders and regional operational managers (Hatchery, Feedmill & Farms), delivering full end-to-end generalist advice and solutions, and you'll also have the opportunity to make your mark and help shape our people experience by working on national strategic initiatives and project work that truly enhance our culture and bring to life our values each day

Key Responsibilities:
· Build strong relationships with leaders and teams, partnering to understand their roles and commercial objectives.
· Provide pragmatic advice and solutions across all levels, supporting managers and employees in resolving complex issues.
· Coach leaders and employees, fostering a culture of growth, safety, and well-being.
· Implement the site People Plan, aligned with Tegel's P&C strategy.
· Implement key People & Culture initiatives, including performance reviews, talent & succession planning, and workforce planning.
· Manage organizational change processes, ensuring seamless communication and support.
· Provide end to end support to our people leaders to help resolve a wide range of ER issues
· Collaborate with our Centres of Expertise to deliver on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Capability needs, and more.
Our Ideal Person:
· HR Expertise: A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience at business partner level (we may consider less experience depending on skill level and expertise). Strong generalist HR knowledge including ER and IR.
· Relationship Builder: Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and build trust at all levels of the organization.
· Resilience & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic focus with operational demands. Flexible in outlook and approach.
· Highly professional with strong work ethic and personal integrity
