What kinds of organisations may be interested in your product/ service?

Organisations looking for new ways to support their people and who want to differentiate their wellbeing package in an effort to attract great talent, aid retention and drive their employer brand to new heights.

At AMP we take pride in the fact that we partner with some of New Zealand’s ‘employer of choice’ brands.

How long has your product/ service been on the market?

AMP has been helping Kiwis with their financial wellbeing since 1854.

What does your standard product cost?

At AMP we understand that every organisation large or small, has a unique need that deserves a solution that is fit for purpose.

AMP offers a range of complimentary as well as paid service options. The cost of our paid services depends on the service selected and the number of employees involved.

For further information regarding cost of services you can contact: Leisa Weir, National Business Development Manager - [email protected]

Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?

The level of customisation really is dependent on the desired outcomes required at any given time. AMP views our valued partnerships as a strategic relationship where we can continue to evolve with the organisation we are partnering with, to add value to their business as and when required.

When we commence the partnership, it may only require a launch that offers some of our standard complimentary benefits to all staff. However, as the partnership grows, there is the opportunity to offer further benefits that deliver greater value and outcomes for your people.

How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?

Partnering with AMP, employers experience a deeply integrated partnership which involves a collaborative approach to deliver good financial outcomes for the employee while aligning to their own measures of success.

  • To achieve this, we work at all levels to understand what the needs of the employee are and together create a joint engagement plan.
  • This is delivered through the multiple relationship levels across operational teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Core to our delivery is the wrap around advice and education via one-on-one or one to many, in person and digital/ online.

We can deploy our delivery quickly depending on the level of customisation required.

What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?

Once your financial wellbeing package with AMP is in place, this is how we support your people:

- One-on-one advice and financial WOF.
- Quarterly check-ins face to face or online.
- Financial education programmes and seminars.
- Fianancial management tools through MyAMP app and portal.
- KiwiSaver planning calculator and financial projections.
- NZ-based customer service team and call centre – online, phone and live chat.
- Access to Insurance Specialists & Digital Wills
- Access to Financial Coaching Services and Money Tracking APPs

Would you be able to provide example customers/ organisations who would be willing to allow site-visits for potential customers to view a demonstration of the product or service in action?

AMP is a financial services provider and many of the solutions are unique to our customers' business and so understandably they are keen to protect their IP.

However, we would be comfortable arranging a meeting that suits both parties to discuss general levels of customer service and how working with AMP is beneficial to supporting their people.
