Deel's offering suits organisations of all sizes. We can provide global payroll services for any organisation looking to hire, pay and manage talent in multiple countries. We also offer Deel HR which includes people directories, HR templates, workflows and more, which is suitable for all business sizes and free for companies with less than 200 employees.
What kinds of organisations may be interested in your product/ service?
Deel has clients of all shapes and sizes, with over 15,000 clients globally. We work with big names from Nike, Dropbox, Shopify, Notion and Subway, though to smaller start-ups that are looking to secure and manage talent overseas. Some of our most notable clients in New Zealand include Crimson Education, Letterboxd and LawVu.
How long has your product/ service been on the market?
Deel was first launched in 2019 by Alex Bouaziz and Shuo Wang. In just under four years, the company has grown to 2000+ team members worldwide in over 100 different countries, and raised over $600 million in funding. It has 15,000+ customers across the world, including Shopify, Nike, and Cloudflare.

Deel's price range is designed to align with different business needs and sizes.
● Deel HR is free for organisations with less than 200 employees, as we believe that essential HR resources should be freely available to small businesses.
● Deel's employer of record (EOR) services start at $599 per month, which allows clients to hire in over 100 countries without having to set up a legal entity.
● Deel's contracting services start at $49 per month, which help you to compliantly manage and pay international contractors.
● Deel's global payroll, which allows you to run multi-country payroll in 100+ countries, and our immigration services, which handles sponsor visas in 25+ countries, are priced accordingly to different business needs. Our team of experts will provide you with a quote based on your unique needs.

For example, some organisations may just want support managing the compliance side of global payroll, in which case we can set up and manage that for them.
Other organisations operating without a dedicated HR team may need more support with the fundamentals, as well as with hiring global talent, so they will utilise both Deel HR and our EOR/contracting services
