Describe your product or service and what it delivers

Fortuna provides Businesses and Trainers throughout the country with leading HR Tools and training solutions. Fortuna is well known for their outstanding service and well researched, effective HR tools.

What size business or organisation does your product/ service suit?

Our products can be used for businesses small and large. Many of our clients are large corporate companies who value the use of 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and the Everything DiSC range of products across their organisation. The great thing about our products is they can be used for anyone within an organisation.

What kinds of organisations may be interested in your product/ service?

Any business with more than one employee can integrate our products into their business. Large corporate companies successfully use our products in development programs throughout their businesses. Trainers and coaches use our products within their own programs, courses and team building.

How long has your product/ service been on the market?

DiSC has a long-standing history rooted in psychology and research. Since the 1920s, the 

DiSC model has evolved and expanded into a multi-faceted learning solution designed to 

deliver personalized insights that foster engagement and collaboration in today’s 

ever-changing workplace. In the early 2000’s Wiley began experimenting with ways to represent DiSC® with a circumplex model, from this research and validation, Everything DISC was established. 

What does your standard product cost?

We have a range of products, profiles, workshops, and courses available. Most pricing is available on our website or you can contact [email protected] 

Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?

All our products can be used as an off-the-shelf solution. With our facilitation kits including scripted powerpoints with video and handouts. However, many of our clients like to customize the way they deliver the products.

How long does your product take to implement?

Implementation can be done straight away.

What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?

Our team is available for support at all times to our clients at no additional cost. 

Would you be able to provide example customers/ organisations who would be willing to allow site-visits for potential customers to view a demonstration of the product or service in action?
