MyCareerBrand was established in New Zealand in 2011 by Craig McAlpine. Craig very quickly developed a client base that extended to over 10 countries.

What does your standard product cost?

Coaching modules are combined and tailored to suit individual assignments.

Clients are able to select modules according to budget, focus areas, and objectives. Solutions are generally provided at a rate per hour which may vary according to the size and scale of services required. Typical pricing can be found here: https://mycareerbrand.net/products/create-your-coaching-solution

Pricing for large-scale projects, workshops, and team delivery is based on input and resourcing required. Please contact one of our team to discuss options.

Are there annual licensing costs? How are these structured?

There are no annual licensing costs.

Coaching client programmes remain open for 12 months from the date of registration. If the client needs to put on hold their coaching or change the type of coaching required, we can pivot the coaching, tools and delivery to suit.

If the client requires 3rd party tools these may be paid for separately or included in our fees at the time of coaching.

Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?

MyCareerBrand Coaching modules are designed to be used as stand alone options, combined and personalised to suit the individual.

How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?

Clients are able to access their coaching modules via an online portal within 30 minutes of completing their online registration.

Their selected career coach or a MyCareerBrand representative will be in contact within one business day to confirm registration details and schedule a meeting.

For large corporate projects, we will work with the client to scope, design and implement a customized solution to meet requirements. The duration of this phase is largely based on the availability of the client and their stakeholders, and the complexity of the solution – particularly if it involves external providers and resourcing. E.g. career fairs, workshops etc.

We approach all large-scale assignments as a project and apply delivery mechanisms such as milestones, outcomes, and success measures to monitor and report progress.

The technology supporting our career coaching has been selected to ensure rapid implementation, secure participant access, and coaching delivery.

The primary platform is a suite of Microsoft 365 applications and tools with additional technology to support client management, coaching and reporting.

All data is stored in the cloud using Microsoft multifactor authentication for secure access.

All data is backed up to a secure host data facility.

What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?

Post-implementation support is based on client requirements and is tailored to ensure milestones and outcomes are achieved during and beyond our engagement.

Our coaches are available during normal business hours, and we have technology support to address any issues if they arise.

We are always available to discuss key learnings, additional support.

The fees for this may be included upfront or as required during the post-implementation phases.

Would you be able to provide example customers/ organisations who would be willing to allow site-visits for potential customers to view a demonstration of the product or service in action?

We will provide relevant reference customers following a briefing by the prospective client where they will share their situation, desired outcomes, and challenges. We believe the reference customer(s) should be relatable to the needs of the prospective client.

We also regard this important step in the due diligence process as an opportunity to make introductions and where appropriate share key learnings that we can each adopt during the design and delivery phases to ensure we deliver continuous improvement for the client and our own solution delivery.
