Produgie is a powerful software tool designed to help leaders and teams boost their skills and drive business performance and growth.

With built-in analytics and proven leadership assessments, Produgie helps users create meaningful learning experiences that build capability within their daily work. 

Growth Leader Assessment Suite 
The Growth Leader Assessment Suite has assessment for all stages of a leader’s journey from potential, through selection and then development. Measurement is available at all levels from individual contributor to chief executive.

The assessment can be used on its own (for enterprise customers or through a service provider) or in association with .LEAD. 

.LEAD development tools: 

1. Explore: The Growth Leader Assessment (GLA), provides insight on the capabilities. By pairing these insights with input on business challenges and priorities Produgie ranks and recommends key areas for development. 

2. Design: For each development area there is a library of proven Sprints and AI support to help create a personal development plan. Organisations can also add their own Sprints. 

3. Develop: During the development process (Sprint) Produgie provides nudges, reminders, and scheduled actions to keep the learner on track. 

A Growth Leader 360 can be self-provisioned to review all or some capabilities. 

Team Tools 
Leaders can build understanding of team capability and preferences through the team assessment tools. These include an Alignment Survey, Impact Board, Team Sprints and Psychological Safety and Inclusion Indices. 

Organisation Tools 
Organisations that use Produgie (or use it through a Service Partner) have access to advanced analytics and customisation of the assessments and Sprints.

You can purchase Produgie as an individual or business direct through their website. You can also become an enterprise provider or a services partner.
