We’re specialists in online learning, but have experience developing many different types of learning. We can help with any stage of the project, including choosing an LMS, designing an approach, designing a particular programme, or course, and developing all the relevant materials. Describe your product or service and what it delivers
We help you design and develop effective learning programmes. We specialize in elearning development, but offer the full range of services, from a desktop review, for established learning programmes, to designing from scratch.
What size business or organisation does your product/ service suit?
We have worked with large government departments and coroprates, as well as private tertiary institutions, and medium sized companies. If you’re new to L&D, let’s have a coffee, and find out if we can be of use. If you’re part of a large organisaiton, and know what you need, but just don’t have enough hands on deck, give us a bell, we can assist!
What kinds of organisations may be interested in your product/ service?
Those organisations who want some excellent learning (probably blended or elearning) developed, in order to be able to deliver training at scale, in a standardized way. We’re not interested in doing things the old fashioned way. We want to make sure you get maximum results for your investment. Ideally, you are already familiar with online learning, and have your own LMS, so we’re just another project that you need to get done, quickly and to a very high standard.
How long has your product/ service been on the market?
We’ve been contracting to organisations since 2016.
Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?
We operate on a project-by-project basis, offering offer custom learning programme development.
How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?
Typically, we work in a project fashion, and will come up with a project plan to suit the project you have going on internally, e.g. new software roll out, or a performance improvement initiative.
What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?
We’re happy to stay involved as long as is required, e.g. to deliver any face-to-face components, or to receive evaluations, and make adjustments.
