Describe your product or service and what it delivers

It's quite simple, we are a specialist Human Resources Recruitment Company.  HR People recruiting for HR People.  We are a relationship-based organisation and our mission in life is to make our clients and candidates raving fans!  


What size business or organisation does your product/ service suit?

Our clients range from large corporate entities to smaller companies who need tap on and off contracting support. 

We recruit everything from Administrators to Group HR Leaders/Directors and everything in between.  We concentrate on pure permanent recruitment, contracting and executive search. 

We like to get to know the people we deal with and always look at the big picture to ensure it is a long-lasting relationship between the candidate and the hirer.  


What kinds of organisations may be interested in your product/ service?

Any organisation that is looking for talent to join their organisation, whether it be for a project, creating a people framework, leadership coaching and capability or a talented HR Professional to join their team permanently. 

Our roles cover the entire Human Resources function, People and Capability, Wellness, Organisational development, Industrial relations and employment relations, Training/ learning and development, Transformational change and the list goes on. 

We have robust screening and take the time to understand what both the candidate and the hirer are looking for.  Think of us like the dating agencies for HR Recruitment, without the awkward first date.   


How long has your product/ service been on the market?

recruitHRpeople was the brainchild of our Superwoman MD – Alison Gill.  A Chartered Health and Safety Director who has three brands, edenfx.co.nz – specialising in Health, Safety, Environmental, Wellbeing and Risk and Hardhatrecruits.co.nz  – specialising in salaried skilled professionals in Energy, Infrastructure, Utilities, Construction, Water and Civil.  Alison, 16 years ago, saw there was a need in the market for specialist recruitment companies that really understand the market and care about the industry, clients, and candidates that it serves. recruitHRpeople was created as a result of client demand.

We love to give back and so the exciting part is we support and encourage the industries we love, and we are proud to be sponsoring the HRNZ  “Emerging Practitioner of the Year” for 2023/2024

What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?

We are very much relationship based and retain contact with you ongoing after the hire to ensure all is well, formally this is three months, however informally it is as long as you would like.  Our candidates longer term become hiring managers and our hiring managers become candidates; this cycle is much respected and loved.

There are no further associated costs after the hire, however we very much appreciate word of mouth and repeat business so of course love to stay in touch with you and create a raving fan and long time advocate. 

As we are HR professionals, our paths will cross often and you will see us at industry events, promoting our people in magazines/ articles and on social media supporting our industry.
