Spice HR is not your usual HR Consultancy firm. We don’t deliver cookie cutter services. Rather, we are skilled HR professionals who partner with a wide range of New Zealand businesses to deliver tailored HR solutions, leadership and support. More than just a consultancy service, we take the time to understand the organisations we work with so that we can provide effective solutions that make a positive difference.

We are also Extended DISC® practitioners, and use this leading psychometric testing platform and reports alongside 360 degree feedback tools to inform our coaching and mentoring.

Spice HR have been in business for 7 years, and our team have more than 75 years of combined HR experience! 


What does your standard product cost?

We have a number of different package options available, dependent on your needs, and varying in cost.

In addition, for project work outside of our package options we charge our hourly rate.
