Spice HR is not your usual HR Consultancy firm. We don’t deliver cookie cutter services. Rather, we are skilled HR professionals who partner with a wide range of New Zealand businesses to deliver tailored HR solutions, leadership and support. More than just a consultancy service, we take the time to understand the organisations we work with so that we can provide effective solutions that make a positive difference.
We can help any business size. If you’re new to employing people we can help set you up for future growth, ensuring robust HR frameworks are in place and that you meet all legislative requirements, including employment agreements, job descriptions, induction programmes and clear HR policies.
If you’re already sorted for the basics, we love getting involved with the continued engagement of your people, including; engagement surveys; training and development; regular feedback and reviews; coaching and mentoring; wellbeing initiatives; reward and recognition programmes and more!
We are also Extended DISC® practitioners, and use this leading psychometric testing platform and reports alongside 360 degree feedback tools to inform our coaching and mentoring.

Spice HR have been in business for 7 years, and our team have more than 75 years of combined HR experience!
What does your standard product cost?
We have a number of different package options available, dependent on your needs, and varying in cost.
In addition, for project work outside of our package options we charge our hourly rate.
