Describe your product or service and what it delivers:

TELUS Health is a mental health and wellbeing company focused on supporting employer organisations within New Zealand with their EAP programmes and proactive mental health initiatives including webinars and workshops, professional supervision, well checks and embedded wellbeing support. We have a unique wellbeing platform accessed by phone and computer offering self help cognitive behavioural therapy and up to date research-based content supporting mental, physical and financial wellbeing.

What size business or organisation does your product/ service suit?

We support small, medium, and large organisations customising our approach according to need.


What kinds of organisations may be interested in your product/ service?

Any customer who employs staff would be interested in our services, as we are able to support them with their mental health and wellbeing needs, and initiatives.


How long has your product/ service been on the market?

We have been in the New Zealand market for over 30 years.


What does your standard product cost?

We have an annual fee that relates directly to your employee numbers, followed by a fee for service for each support on offer. 


Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?

We always customise our offering to your needs and our digital Wellbeing platform automatically offers content customised to the individuals needs once they have completed our Wellbeing Assessment. 


How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?

We can implement an EAP Programme as quickly as required by the customer, in relation to standalone learning and wellbeing solutions, equally these can be implanted quickly, dependent on need, and amount of customisation required.


What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?

We are an ongoing service offering, each customer has access to our Customer Experience Team or Customer Relationship Manager to ensure they get the support they need, when they need it. There are no additional costs for this support.


Would you be able to provide example customers/ organisations who would be willing to allow site-visits for potential customers to view a demonstration of the product or service in action?

As we offer a confidential service, we wouldn’t be able to offer site visits, but we can offer the chance to talk directly to customers currently utilising our services.
