What size business or organisation does your product/ service suit?
Typically, organisations who induct 10-500+ new employees (or contractors, seasonals, volunteers, etc) per annum.
Although The Induction App is great for organisations with remote, hybrid or field workers, it works just as well for office-based workers.

We have implemented The Induction App for all sorts of organisations across all sorts of industries - service-based, manufacturers, retail, homecare, real estate, field workers, farms, clubs, drivers and contractors, etc.

How long has your product/ service been on the market?
About 3 years now, after being rebuilt from the ground up after its first implementation.
But The Induction App was born from Optimism’s 30+ years of creating induction programmes and digital learning solutions for corporate clients, so we’ve been around for a while and we know what we’re doing!
What does your standard product cost?
There are two parts to our pricing:

The one-off Set Up & Build fee –starts from $1,995 (ex gst) for semi-self-service through to $15,995 for one of our Induction Partners to prepare it all for you integrating your content.

The ongoing Licence fee - based on number of new inductees.

Are there annual licensing costs? How are these structured?
The annual licensing fee is based on the number of new inductees (not total employees) and reduces by band, ie. the more inductees there are, the lower the user charge. You can choose to pay this annually upfront, or pay monthly.
Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?
The Induction App is a SaaS, or Software as a Solution platform. During the Set Up meeting, we agree on the branding, configuration, structure and content of the app. This could be based on our default structure and content, or be fully customised, depending on your chosen option.
How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?
Typically, you are able to go live one month after our Set Up meeting. However, you might choose to go live more quickly and evolve the app as you go, or you might extend the timeframe if you are creating additional content or media.
If you want any integrations, the timeframe will depend on your IT availability.
What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?
We will support you until you go live, as part of the Set Up fee, to make sure you’re happily up and running.
Once you’re live, you continue to access the helpdesk with comprehensive, searchable documentation. From the helpdesk you can also raise a support ticket if you need to. Ongoing support is all-inclusive within the licence fee for typical usage.
Would you be able to provide example customers/ organisations who would be willing to allow site-visits for potential customers to view a demonstration of the product or service in action?
We have a number of case studies on our website, and we would be happy to provide customers for you to contact when needed.
