What led you to a career in HR/ the position that you are in currently?
I’ve always been passionate about working with people, given my outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills. Starting my career as a receptionist, I frequently expressed interest in HR functions, such as processes and procedures, Gradually, I began taking on additional HR responsibilities including recruitment and other HR-related tasks. After a few months of this expanded role, I realised that HR was the career path I was eager to pursue. To further my knowledge, I began studying part-time. This dedication led to my promotion to my current as an HR Coordinator where I continue to grow and, develop and expand my expertise in HR.
