The Domains of Knowledge, represent the different specialist areas of HR in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

The final element of The Path, crucial to our HR ecosystem in Aotearoa is represented by the Domains of Knowledge.  

Reflecting the different specialist areas within NZ, the Domains of Knowledge make up our HR ecosystem and are the final element of The Path. It's within these 17 areas of HR that you'll draw examples from to demonstrate your skills across the Core Capabilities. This will in turn help determine your Level of HR expertise. 

For that reason, an HR practitioner may encounter a number of different HR Domains of knowledge in their role.
