Currently enjoying a GM People and Safety role in a Port environment, I appreciate the ability to support others and to share knowledge and experiences that enhance our work and outcomes. I draw on not only my background in HR, but also on extensive commercial and general management experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and proven talent in turnaround situations. I am a believer in continuous learning – for everyone (including myself), and regardless of our time in roles or backgrounds, believe we can all learn something from each other.
I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to work with others and while I have coached internally and externally for many years, I have also in recent years completed formal training accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I look forward to meeting any colleagues who are interested in sharing a coaching relationship!
