My experience as an HR professional started out in an unexpected way in Government/Defence as a boarder security law enforcement officer. Since then, my career has spanned profit and not for profit including luxury retail, primary industries, and agriculture sectors. I now work as a consultant with businesses from a range of sectors, and sizes nationwide. 

Through my career I have developed strengths in:

I hope to form a mutually beneficial mentoring partnership where knowledge and experience is freely shared and learning opportunities are identified. I value a constant learning mindset and believe we can both learn something from each other, especially given no two situations are the same in our profession.
