Kia ora,
I have over 16 years in the HR profession with a wide range of experience from recruitment, learning and development, organisational development, change management, ER and remuneration. I’ve even worked in several highly unionised environments! The main companies I’ve worked for are Air New Zealand, Ports of Auckland, Fonterra, Waitemata DHB, with shorter times or contracts at ASB, Southern Cross, Refining NZ and Humm Group. I’ve even been a recruitment consultant!
I absolutely love seeing people grow and develop both personally and in their career, and would feel rewarded by being a part of that for someone.
