Kia ora,
I am an HR Generalist with a strong business acumen. I have 20+ years’ experience in multiple industries including FMCG, Insurance and Sports across Australia and New Zealand.
I have developed HR initiatives which have been implemented across topics of recruitment, organisational design, employee engagement and culture & wellbeing.
My ‘Why’ is to give back to the HR profession through industry bodies like HRNZ. As a previous member of AHRI (Australian HR Institute) an elected member of the Victorian council, my portfolio was “Metro Networks”, and I was also a Mentor through their program in 2022.
My goal for mentoring is twofold:
1. to enhance the skills and knowledge of the mentee and assist in guidance during a year of their career,
2. to enhance my skills and knowledge through further experience in my role as a mentor.
