I am an experienced HR practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience in Canada, UK and New Zealand. I started my career as a recruitment coordinator and have taken on various HR and workforce development roles. My passion is creating psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces where people can thrive.

I approach relationships with a strengths-based approach where I believe everyone has something positive to offer. I have experience in all areas of HR, with half of my career working in the New Zealand primary health sector. Topics of interest for me are equitable work practices, diversity and inclusion and sustainable development goals.
