The Otago HRNZ branch is pleased to be able to offer a facilitated ‘Think Tank’ session on ‘How to deal with difficult behaviour and poor performance’. A range of factors have contributed to workplace behaviours being more challenging in the last several years.
This session will explore:
- The reasons why difficult behaviour and poor performance has become more prevalent in recent times
- Understand the key drivers for this behaviour
- Identify through participant input the most effective steps that can be taken to change and maintain positive workplace behaviours and performance to ensure a healthy workplace culture
