Presenter Details

Sandy Eaton - Regional Manager, HR & Professional Solutions at Beyond Recruitment

Sandy has been in Wellington as a recruitment specialist for 15 years. She has managed teams of up to 19 recruitment consultants and specialises in all areas of HR. Sandy works in partnership with HR professionals from Grad up to Chief People Officer level. She provides pragmatic and realistic advice on securing your first role and setting you on the right path to grow your career.

Michal Pawlowicz - Head of L&D at Hind Management/Sudima Hotels

Michal is an experienced L&D leader with a passion for helping people grow. With nearly two decades of experience and a background that spans multiple industries, he now leads Learning & Development at Hind Management, supporting 650+ employees across a national group of hotels, restaurants, and spas. As the HRNZ Auckland Branch President, Michal is committed to building connections and creating opportunities for the next generation of HR professionals. He’s currently working on launching a podcast and completing his ICC coaching certification, while also developing Growth Enablers - a new initiative focused on modern, human-centred development and personal effectiveness.

Felicity Hislop - Senior Organisational Development Specialist at Primary ITO

Felicity is the Wellington Branch President for HRNZ. She has held many roles over the years incorporating all aspects of HR at all levels for a diverse range of organisations.   In recent years she has focused on Organisational Development which is where her passion is.  Her current role is as at Primary ITO as a Senior Organisational Development Specialist in the People Capability team.
