Presenter Details

Naoimh McAllister – Partner, Copeland Ashcroft, Workplace Lawyers

Naoimh is a Partner in Queenstown and is an experienced independent investigator and, a mediator accredited through the Resolution Institute. With a background in dispute resolution and mediation for over 13 years overseas and in New Zealand, she now specialises in employment law, health and safety, immigration and related work.

Kim Arnold – People & Capability Lead, The People Collective (Brannigans)

Kim has worked as an HR practitioner in the travel, tourism and hospitality sector in Auckland, London, Sydney and Queenstown for over 25 years. Through this work she has gained valuable insights with the belief that effective team member engagement, aligned values and open communication are key to happiness and business success. As a longtime Queenstown local, Kim understands the unique HR challenges that we face here in the south, from immigration issues to growing capability and retaining talent in the region.
