This session will equip you with strategies to identify and mitigate biases, build inclusive leadership and implement DEI strategy. Through expert guidance, interactive discussions, and actionable planning, you'll gain the skills to lead effective DEI initiatives ultimately creating a more inclusive and equitable organisation.

Who is this Course for?

This course is aimed at HR practitioners at the Delivers/Advises/Designs levels in The Path Capability Framework, experienced but early in their career.

Cancellation Policy
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the course starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the course.

Jess Stuart

As founder of KiwiBoss, Julia Shallcrass is an employment lawyer with expertise in upskilling HR professionals to create high-performing workplaces. Julia is part of the KiwiBoss team that facilitates inhouse training throughout New Zealand. Julia presents practical and engaging virtual courses through HRNZ, Engineering NZ and Business South to help HR professionals and people managers comply with the law and improve team performance. She regularly presents webinars through CCH Learning. Through inhouse training, Julia develops team leaders and managers to improve results, including through her 4-week online course Leader’s Guide to Performance Management.
