In this session, we'll explore the foundations of psychological safety, share real-world examples, and discuss practical HR strategies. Join us to learn how to create a workplace where everyone feels safe to speak up and thrive.

She has extensive experience providing organisational development and human resource solutions for a diverse range of organisations. Vicky believes a business’s success is enhanced by maximizing the potential of its people, and aligning values, strategies and behaviours resulting in high engagement and performance. She is an astute problem solver and skilled leadership coach & facilitator who quickly establishes rapport Vicky holds a M.A. (1st class Hons) in Organisational Psychology & Education and is licensed to use a range of assessment tools including HBDI, Birkman, DiSC, the MRG Suite; PDI,LEA and GLWS.
