Vicky Teague, Director of Steople
Vicky is the owner and Director of Steople NZ; a global Organisational Development company. She has extensive experience providing organisational development and human resource solutions for a diverse range of organisations. Vicky believes a business’s success is enhanced by maximizing the potential of its people, and aligning values, strategies and behaviours resulting in high engagement and performance. She is an astute problem solver and skilled leadership coach & facilitator who quickly establishes rapport Vicky holds a M.A. (1st class Hons) in Organisational Psychology & Education and is licensed to use a range of assessment tools including HBDI, Birkman, DiSC, the MRG Suite; PDI,LEA and GLWS.
Anjali Rauniyar, Associate Consultant at Steople
Anjali is an Associate Consultant at Steople, specialising in designing and delivering evidence-based solutions that help individuals, teams, and workplaces thrive. She is particularly interested in the connection between psychological safety, culture, and performance, bringing analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving to her work. Anjali holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiology and Psychology, and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Auckland.
