We are pleased to invite you to our webinar of HRM Musings – our virtual webinar series - where we will delve into the alignment of HR-specific knowledge and skills taught in our higher education programmes with the demands of the workplace. Our goals are to strengthen educational capabilities in the Pacific and bridge the gap between academia and practice.
In this webinar, our panellists and moderator will explore wellbeing and HR New Zealand research. Taking a wide-lens approach to well-being and HR research means adopting a broad, interdisciplinary, and systemic perspective that integrates multiple levels of analysis, stakeholders, and contextual factors. Rather than just focusing on isolated HR practices or individual well-being, we will canvas expanding the scope of well-being in HR including leadership & wellbeing, work-life integration, employee experiences, and emerging trends in wellbeing.
