As we close the chapter on another year full of changes in immigration rules, we turn our focus to what will lie ahead in 2024. Get thinking about what your offshore recruitment process looks like, what the immigration landscape will be and potential issues we foresee for employers.
Join Rachael Mason and Julia Strickett, Immigration Specialists from Lane Neave to learn about:
- Insights on how New Zealand’s immigration rules have and are likely to change as a result of the recent election,
- How changes over the past 12 months to our immigration system will shape offshore recruitment over the next 12 months, including enhanced scrutiny of accredited employers and work visa applications, a heightened reliance on the Green List and a longer pathway to residence for skilled workers.
- What you can do to put your workplace in the best possible position for offshore recruitment and continued hiring of migrant workers in 2024.
What participants will gain from the webinar: A broad understanding of how workplaces should tailor their recruitment and retention efforts in response to recent and upcoming changes to our immigration system and what to consider when workforce planning for 2024.
There will be time for Q&A.
