Presenter Details

Natasha Holloway
Natasha Holloway

Shaped by her early experiences in male-dominated settings, Natasha has emerged as one of New Zealand’s top HR executives who is proactively shaping the industry’s future and a true diversity champion. Natasha is currently General Manager of People for Fliway Group (a subsidiary of New Zealand Post) leading the ER, IR, engagement, and safety of over 500 employees. Natasha not only appeared on the HRD Hotlist for 2024, but has won multiple HRNZ awards for her dedication to HR practice. Natasha is post-graduate qualified in HR Management, International Health & Safety, New Zealand Immigration Law, Industrial Relations and Employment Relations. Natasha has also been a chartered member of HRNZ for the last 1.5 years and a long-term HRNZ member.

Emma Catto

Emma Catto is a Management Consultant at Accenture in the Talent and Organisation practice and was previously a Workforce Consulting Associate at PwC up in Tāmaki Makaurau. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Management and a Master of Commerce researching Green Training and Development from the University of Canterbury. Prior to working People Consulting, Emma worked as an HR Administrator at Venues Ōtautahi throughout her education, and is a Commissioned Officer in the New Zealand Cadet Forces. Working in consulting has allowed Emma to expand her experience in various components of workforce strategy, organisation design and organisation development. People Consulting has also allowed Emma to continue developing her skills and share her experience with clients. Emma is looking forward to continuing her career development, particularly in building the connection between people and sustainability within organisations.

Letisha White

Letisha White joined HRNZ as a student member whilst studying HR at Otago University and has continued as a general member since. Letisha was the HRNZ Student of the Year for 2023. Letisha has started her career at Deloitte in the Organisation Transformation team this year, gaining experience in change management. She really enjoys working with people through change to ensure the best outcomes.
