Mastering the efficient and legally compliant management of poor performing staff

Robbie Bryant - a seasoned employment lawyer - will walk you through how to deal with poor performance lawfully, and efficiently. Robbie will also provide guidance on the tricky, and often-present issue of managing mental health issues that arise during a performance management process.

The content of this workshop is aimed at those who manage performance concerns in any industry. Leaders, business owners, people and performance managers, general managers, operations managers, HR & ER practitioners. A basic understanding of performance management would result in more being taken from the workshop but is not necessary.
 Participants will walk away with:

•    Much more confidence about navigating this area of people management;
•    A high-level guide about how to manage performance, which will include a template performance improvement plan and letter commencing a formal performance improvement process; and 
•    Knowledge and guidance regarding managing mental health issues that arise during a performance management process.
