Cancellation Policy
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the course starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the course.

Presenter Details

Gillian Brookes CFHRNZ

As an experienced Head of HR in both the UK and New Zealand, Gillian understands the importance and power that remuneration policy and practice has within an organisation. She trained as an economist as an undergraduate at Lancaster University in the UK and then went on to complete her post-graduate diploma in HR Management at Kingston University, London. Since 2019 Gillian has run a successful business specialising in creating a better future of work. From day one of running her own business, Gillian intentionally focused on two critical factors: the redesign of flexible work and remuneration. Gillian has written about and run training sessions focused on issues of pay. She often writes for the Sunday Star Times, the HRNZ magazine and is invited to offer her perspective for RNZ discussions.
