The Student Pulse research is conducted annually by Talent Solutions across University students in New Zealand to help employers better understand their future talent.

Cancellation Policy
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. If you have booked on a member price and a non-member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.

Seren co-founded Talent Solutions in 2016 to support New Zealand organisations to improve their approach to early talent strategy, attraction, selection and development. Seren has over 25 years of experience in generalist human resources, talent acquisition and graduate programme management. Seren has designed and managed award winning early talent programmes in the UK, USA, Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand
Aron Chantelau, Senior Consultant
With over 15 years of experience, Aron has held diverse HR roles as both a practitioner and leader in various technology companies in Aotearoa, Australia and the UK. Aron brings a breadth of experience working on organisational development initiatives, with depth specifically in attracting, selecting, onboarding and developing early talent (graduates and interns). As a strong advocate for youth development and finding better ways to integrate study with employment, Aron seeks ways to develop future leaders of Aotearoa and influence those around him to grow early talent
