On the third Thursday of each month, HRNZ Waikato Branch will be holding an online forum to connect and explore a discussion topic, problem solve or confidentially workshop an HR issue you might be facing.
This month we are fortunate to have LesleyAnn Thomas, Principal Consultant from People in Mind who will take us through Payroll (challenges with how IEA's are drafted and the impact it has on the Holidays Act calculations)
Including:
- Current provisions (simplified)
- Current basis of calculations (simplified)
- IEA wordings which have impacted negatively on payroll

LesleyAnn has a B.A. (Hons), Psychology & Education with a PGDipBUSAdmin (HRM), Human Resources. She is the Principal Consultant at People in Mind and is freelance HR for the SME and Not-for-Profit Markets with a team of three staff and four contractors available to meet specific client needs.
