Delivered in collaboration with the Southland Business Chamber, Janet Copeland and Anna Ford will walk us through 'What's on the Horizon'.
Join us for a one-hour presentation, followed by a Q&A session and networking opportunity.

• Policy promises and new laws – what this means for businesses at all levels – including Holidays Act, partial strikes, personal grievance income threshold and employee v contractor test
• Key case law update
Health and Safety
• Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) consultation for review and reform of Act
• The latest on managing psychosocial risks at work and mental health
Immigration
• Recent changes including the removal of the median wage.
