Dr Joanne Mutter | Emerging Academic & Researcher, University of Auckland
Dr. Joanne Mutter is an emerging academic with previous commercial experience in finance and banking spanning more than a decade. Her broad research interests include dual careers on the domestic and global stage, the increasing utilisation of alternative forms of global mobility, the future of hybrid working and career equality. Her most recent study focused on how dual-career couples balance their work and life responsibilities while hybrid working. She is currently on staff at the University of Auckland where she teaches post-graduate organisational behaviour and human resource management.
Her research has been published in the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Global Mobility, Journal of Labour & Industry, and New Zealand Journal of Human Resource Management. She also co-edited the Edward Elgar Research Handbook of Global Families: Implications for Theory and Practice.
