Stefanie Boyer | Associate Director (HR Advisory), University of Auckland

Stefanie is a senior HR professional with experience across a number of sectors including education, dairy and energy. She has lived and worked in Germany, Japan and the UK and is motivated by developing talent and creating positive and inclusive organisational culture.  As a working mum of two, Stefanie is passionate about how workplaces can support staff to balance work and home commitments. Stefanie is the Associate Director HR Advisory at the Waipapa Taumata Rau ǀ University of Auckland,  where she leads a generalist team of HR Managers and Advisors as well as Employment Relations and Remuneration & Benefits. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in HR from the UK CIPD and a Masters in Japanese Cultural Studies from Birkbeck College.
