Covid Traffic Light system - Implications for HR professionals

Earlier in the week, the Government confirmed that Aotearoa, New Zealand will move into the new traffic light system (Covid Protection Framework) at 11.59pm on 2 December 2021.

The specific ‘traffic light’ that different parts of the country will adopt have not yet been confirmed, but the decision alone gives us lots to move on in the next few weeks, and may raise a number of questions about what these changes will mean for us and the workplace.
