Catherine Murray is the Director of The HR Department Ltd. When her first child came along, she sought to find a flexible solution to work and be available to her family when needed. This is how she came to open the doors of the Auckland branch of The HR Department.
At The HR Department, Catherine predominantly works with small employers who are not big enough to have an in house HR manager, providing bespoke HR services to each. Some clients use her as their strategic HR voice, others call on her when problems with staff are beyond control, and others ensure that the employees know who she is and have direct access to her in a corporate environment.
