Growth Hub for HR Teams is here to provide our Organisation Package members with a ‘one stop shop’ for managing their membership and reviewing the career development progress their team members have made.

Growth Hub for HR Teams is designed with the needs of our Organisation Package Members in mind. It provides an easy-to-navigate platform to manage your team’s membership, event attendance, accreditation, and professional development. 

Launched to our Organisation Package members late 2023 - early 2024, we are excited to now introduce everyone to the Growth Hub for HR Teams. 

 

What is an ‘Organisation Package’? 

An Organisation Package is a membership option available to any organisation that wishes to enrol three or more members with HRNZ. Our Organisation Package members receive special discounted rates, exclusive access to Growth Hub for HR Teams, are the first to know about any special offers, and much more! 

With an Organisation Package, you have the ability to transfer membership to other members of staff, if an employee leaves or change roles. Find out more... 

 

What is Growth Hub for HR Teams? 

Growth Hub for HR Teams is here to provide our Organisation Package members with a ‘one stop shop’ for managing their membership and reviewing the career development progress their team members have made.  

Organisations nominate an administrator who can: 

view all members who are part of your package  

• book tickets for active members to any given event in one transaction  

• see the expiry date for your Organisation Package  

• view key information about each member such as Accreditation level, CPD points, Domains of Knowledge, and any upcoming event bookings. 

 

Have key professional development information about your team members at your fingertips.  

People leaders may use the portal to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their HR Team. They may identify missing competencies, as well as current and future workforce needs, to create clear succession plans. 

By seeing where HR team members are at on their Professional Development or Accreditation journey, you can support your staff’s career growth and make informed decisions when having development discussions or establishing career pathways.
