New PD course - Human-Centred Design Thinking

We are pleased to announce a new HRINZ PD Course about Human-Centred Design Thinking to be delivered by ThinkPlace, New Zealand's leading human-centred design agency.

During this action-oriented course you'll spend two days tackling a real challenge that you, your team, or your business are facing, learning a mix of novel and proven techniques which you can apply in your everyday work.

Participants will work through multiple phases of the design process, from exploration research with real people; to idea generation; and onto experimentation, prototyping and testing of concepts. As an extension to the course, participants will also have 1 hour of design coaching with an experienced member of the ThinkPlace team.

Day 1 and Day 2 of the course are separated by a week to allow for participants to complete research in their organisations.
