We started 2019 off strongly with a fully booked session with Linda Hutchings talking on the topic of what's new in leadership. 80 people had registered and were not disappointed.
Linda delivered a great presentation on the sort of things leaders should be focusing on in today's world. For instance, what is your organisations clear definition of leadership and what is your personal definition? If we don't have a definition of it, how can we identify the most suitable leadership training?
In Linda's true interactive style, she had us out of our seats and discussing with each other such things as what is the difference between theft of a laptop versus theft of motivation, trust and cooperation from a manager. A very good presentation that provoked us into thinking hard about what leadership should be like today.
