In this session our host Mathew Gallivan, Head of Human Resources at Hilti New Zealand will share some of the insights into how the process works and the role the HR leader plays in bringing people along on the journey.

Mathew joined Hilti Group, the world leading supplier of products, services and software to the construction industry, in 2020 as their Head of Human Resources, based in Auckland. Prior to this he worked as the National HR Manager of Southbase Construction, a main contractor originating from Christchurch. In his earlier career he spent 8 years at Airbus Defence & Space in a variety of business partnering roles, spending the majority of his tenure in Saudi Arabia involved in the delivery of land and maritime border security solutions.
