Common Mistakes in Disciplinary Processes: A Practical Demonstration

​The Employment Court recently signalled that an unjustifiably dismissed employee, who suffers even only mind-level humiliation, can now expect to receive up to $50,000 in compensation, plus lost wages and costs.  It follows that employers must be more careful than ever when undertaking disciplinary processes.
After the success of last year’s restructuring workshop, join us for this year’s disciplinary workshop, where we will perform a mock in-person disciplinary process to help you avoid common mistakes and legal pitfalls. The workshop will involve practical demonstrations of what to do (and what not to do!) when undertaking a disciplinary process.
The event will begin at 5.30pm with drinks and nibbles, followed by the workshop from 6.00pm to 7.00pm
Due to the in-person nature of the event, space is limited, so please register as soon as possible to guarantee a place.

To receive a full refund cancellation must be received by HRNZ by email to [email protected] three working days before the day of the event.
Cancellations after this time and/or ‘no shows’ on the day will be payable in full.
