Gain invaluable insights from an organisation who has undertaken the implementation of a new HRIS system.  Hear first-hand Les Mills journey, what they discovered, what they achieved and what advice they would give anyone starting out. 

If you’re at the start of a journey around people systems or reviewing your people experience as a whole and needing change, from Lara's session you’ll gain some practical tips around how to approach it and some of the lessons Lara has learnt along the way. At HR events we often see presentations from large corporates with big teams and deep pockets, which are inspiring, but sometimes feel unachievable if you’re not in a large organisation. Lara hopes in this session you’ll gain some insights in how to transform your people experience with a lean team and tight budgets.
